MM710B buying

If you buy a MM710B online and have Avaya maint. does this void your maint. contract or is just that card not supported
 
As far as I know, the board won't be covered until your next True up happens - then it will along with a maintenance cost adjustment. I could be wrong though, I'm not an expert on the support/contracts side.

 
You need to be careful , in essence the card will not be supported , but lets say after you insert the card you start having issues with the gateway.....could be a day or could be months , but at that point Avaya could argue that the card was defective and has manifested further issues with the gateway , my advice would be just for the sake of saving a few quid or dollars dont take the risk.

ACSS (UC/SBCE/SM/SME)

Not that they mean a thing anymore , get a brain dump pass the test crash the system.
