MM5.2 standard greeting

Part of our work towards ISO27001 states that our voicemail system must have a standard greeting as per the below (3.3). is this possible? I'm thinking it would be a better option to request everyone leaves this statement within their voicemail greeting.

Any thoughts?


3.3 The voicemail system has a standard statement to callers that tells them not to leave confidential information on the voicemail system.

You can have a standard announcement for the system. But is that requirement for each individual mailbox to have this information? If so, then you are probably on the right track asking everyone to have that contained in their greetings.
