MM4.0 /SP3 - not seeing new voicemail messages via TUI for just 1 user

when have a system that has been in for quite some time without issue , running MM4.0 SP 3 with about 40 users

* email w/voicemail is working for all users able to access via TUI for all users except 1.


* just 1 user is having an issue where they get the email w/voicemail but are not seeing it via the TUI and MWI stops almost as if its being pulled or accessed ( forwarded )I have seen funny issues when they play with forwarding or rules in outlook in the past.

if it matters we are using ARIA tui

other then that this has been rock solid system for end users and they are pretty happy with it thus far

Assuming you are using MM for Exchange. Make sure the item is in the Inbox folder and not in any sub folders or other folders. MM can only review messages that are either in the Inbox or Deleted Items folders.

My apologies as it is exchange store and we did figure it out with the data vendor as mentioned perhaps they may have set a rule or forward option they ended up removing the rule and all is well , not even sure what they were trying to do with the rule set.

The end user was not really concerned just confused as to why it started and did not report it for week or so
hence the reason the data vendor reported they made no changes within the last few days that may have caused this : )
