We're having a problem with MM 3.0 when we forward, reply or create a message from the TUI. It does not send an email notification. If a call is missed and goes to voicemail, the notification is sent fine. The voicemail will still show up in the client, just not the notification.
We are a Notes shop, and have deployed the Thick Client.
Folks depend on this notification being sent to their Blackberry, so it's gained some visibility.
Are we missing something in the config or is this by design?
Can this Notification Message be sent via SMS as opposed to email?
