A user reported (and sent me the wav file) that they received a voicemail (wav file) for 10 seconds. When they click on the wav file, the message below pops up:
Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file.
If you call into their voicemail, there is indication of a message, but nothing to play-just says "end of message"...however, the user is concerned something went wrong...other messages are fine. Anyone seen this or have any ideas?
Additionally, we have MM5.2 with Exchange back-end. Since MM does not store messages and they are stored in Exchange, when we call in through the phone to play the message - where IS that message? Is it in Exchange???
