We have MM w/Avaya Store running version 5.1. We want to allow our helpdesk adminstrators to have access to the web management interface for tasks like password resets / unlocking mailboxes, etc.
Right now, their login to the MSS web interface times out after about 5 minutes of inactivity, causing them to log in multiple times per day.
How can this time be increased?
