MM Voice prompt goes terrible!

Hi Guys,

We tried installing MM subscribers using the voicemail manager software and we already comeup with 1307 users on a 2000 purchased license.

When i try to login to the MAS and MSS server (via direct using the KVM switch) I noticed that every time the mouse pointer pointer moves its like its pausing (hanging-up). Same with the MSS server... its like both are ready to freeze up all processes.

Now everytime we call the hunt group and the MM prompt plays, its like it repeats every word it says.

No idea what happen but this MM works perfectly before adding 300 subscribers today.

Do you mean Mailbox manager software? Looking at your past posts this must be your first MM system. Are you the customer or the Business partner? As to the point of logging into the system What do you get if you remote desktop to the MAS or use the browser to access the MSS? It does not make any sense that any mailbox add would cause the KVA to not work right

What errors are you seeing. will it let you log into a mailbox ? When you say the prompts repeat is it a menu that the customer recorded or the system prompts.
