Ever since we changed from Qsig integration to a SIP integration of our Modular Messaging the transfer out to an extension in the PBX no longer works. Before it would ring the extensions, but now it goes to the extension's voicemail box. We are on CM 4.

In the VMSC make sure on the General tab of the Telephone User Interface that Enable Auto Attendants is checked. This allows the MM to ring an extension first.

Oh I wish it was that easy. Nope, this is already checked. Any other ideas please send them my way. This is one of those off the wall ones.

Do you have the Invalid transfer set? If so, what is checked on the extensions under the Caller tab?

wokdabat... I am going to assume that you did not have an SES server in the middle before with QSIG, true? If true, can you verify that the translation table in the SES server is set to transfer to the PBX from the MM?
