MM Report Tool

I logged into the server, ran the Mailbox User Statics report, came back with info. I ran the tool again for another extension which I know had calls and report comes back blank. Rant the report for my extension and report comes back blank. I re-ran for the original mailbox that did have information and this time now comes back blank. Tried changing dates, times, closing the app and restarting, ... can not get any data now using the tool.


Anyone have this problem?
 
If you are trying to obtain data that isn't generated yet, then I have seen the tool come back with blank data. Make sure you are not trying to obtain data from a date/time after transaction generation has occurred. Look in your Tracing settings in the VMSC to see when this is occurring and use the reporting tool to only view data from before the time the transaction generation is being done.

 
I remember having to create a printer on the MAS for the reports to run even though we don't use the printer for anything.
