Hi All,

I would like to ask if someone can show me the right path on how to troubleshoot our Modular Messaging MAS & MSS. We had a scheduled power shutdown of all servers and Modular Messaging is included on that activity. After powering up all servers both MAS and MSS are currently inservice, however when we tried to perform a voicemail test call, voicemail cannot be save. The error from the Maintenance Log we have collected states -

UNIX Error Code 0 - states a file system is close to becoming full, Unless this alarm is resolved the system might not be able to record new messages.

From this log may I please ask for your most kind assistance as to how we can resolve this issue. I have attached the screenshot from the maintenance log for your reference.

Looking forward for favorable response regarding this inquiry.

Thanks,
Freedom12

Looks like the drive is full. "/var within 10% of limit (100% full)" Run "df -h" and verify that /var is at 100% capacity and if so, clean it up.

Hi crash29,

Thank you for your time on reading this post. I'm new in Avaya Modular Messaging Release 2, would you kindly point me to the right direction on how we can resolve this issue. What we have done for now is deleted some of the subscriber who is not using the voice mail. Second is that we change the settings from Subscriber Management (Class-of-Service 0) and the settings is attached on this reply. Hope you can point me on how we can delete through the server the /var 100% file system capacity. Can you kindly show us or teach us on how we can clean it up. Answering your inquiry yes the /var is 100% alerady. From your suggestion can you please show us how the correct procedure on how we can clean it up.

Thanks,
