Anyone seen this? The mailbox name also records a tone. It sounds like a partial tone of the # key is being recorded at the very end of any recording.

MM Records a Tone at the end of Greetings and Announcements

I have seen this with SIP/H323 integrations alot. It sounds like it is not trimming the recording. Does it also affect voice messages?

Messages do not record the tone. It's at the end of users' recorded mailbox names and greetings, as well as announcements. Also, when a caller transfers out of a caller app for assistance, both parties her the tone when answered.
See if you re-record a greeting if it is still heard. Also try sending a voice message but ending the recording with the # key instead of hanging up and see if you hear the tone in the recording then.
