I have been having difficulties with some users not being able to listen to the wav files of the vm messages left in thier e-mail inbox. Anyone have any ideas???
There is no error message only on some mailboxes users cannot double click and play the message they either right click and select open or drag the message to the desktop. All myself and others have to do is double click to listen.
There is a new Outlook Plug In for Avaya MM that was recently announced. Looks like it addresses a lot of misc. issues with the previous versions of the MM plugin for Outlook. Follow this Avaya Support link and read the notes to see if this will solve your problem.
