We are getting reports of MM not answering intermittently. Only get this report from one user on the same PBX and using MM also. They have timed it - the call will ring, cover and then dead air for about 40 seconds before they hang up. They never hear a greeting. They can try again and it might answer...might not. Seems to be more of the "not". We do not seem to have any issues in MM so I'm leaning to something in the PBX (CM5.2.1). Ideas?
Also - is there a way to reset just a channel in MM rather than rebooting the whole shooting match?
