I have 200 plus users on MM 3.1 and using Avaya Store with a client plugin for Exchange clients. The installation turned on by default the LOG file that is storing the client data in the Avaya_Support\Log directory.

1. Can I turn this off with any issues?
2. Can this be disabled globally?

Please help as the directory is growing per user and currently is over 110 Meg.

You can disable it without issue.
You can't disable it globally only locally to each machine where the client is installed.

Typically the client logs are generated up to 5 or 10MB for each log up to 5 or 10 logs. Anything over 100MB for the entire directory is not normal unless the logging was changed to increase the log size or number.
