MM Integration Too Fast, cuts off computer generated name

I have a problem with a new MM4.0 which is being placed into production on Nov 1st. When I press the voice mail button on my Avaya 9640 IP Phone, and integrate with voice mail, my computer spoken name is getting cut off. I might catch the end of my last name before it asks me for my password. anyone run into this problem? fix? recommendations?
