We have an issue with 2 different MMs (2.0 & 3.0) that drop calls after 45 minutes. The callers are transfered to a meet-me conference from a caller app. This can be a menu selection or direct extension transfer.
We have gone to Avaya about this and they say it is a problem with MM completing the transfer - even though blind transfer is selected. They say MM stays on the call and times out after 45 minutes then drops the caller.
Avaya's only solution is to play an announcement or music for 15 seconds before the call goes into the conference. This hasn't had any impact on the problem.
Has anyone out there seen this before?
Any ideas on a fix?
