We have a genenral mailbox that we get several lengthy messages in for our call center. I have set aside a seperate COS for this mailbox to allow for bigger box size and maximum call answer yet the agents complain that they still get cut off in the middle of listening to messages after 30 minutes (MCAM is set to 120 minutes). if i am runnung G.11 encoding does this need to be set higher or is there another solution to this?
