We have a large number of users who run outlook via citrix, I am trying to find out if the full client with access to mailbox management can be run in a citrix environment. We plan on restricting our citrix users to playing their messages back via the telephone only since we currently don't support audio via ICA connections.
If anyone has any experience in this type of environment I'd appreciate any input.
I was a previous user of Octel UM and can't wait to be back on a real UM system, but this is a significant hurdle we need to address.
