MM Caller Apps

I am trying to create a caller app for the first time in MM3.1 when I try to deploy the app I get a red X on Messaging applicaton server check for application deployment. When I select next I get the following error. Error in application deployment(access is denied.(0x80070005)

Are you trying to deploy the caller app from an MAS or from a PC on the corporate lan?

sounds like it may be the caller app itself is not right. Is the rest of the system running OK?

Also, you may want to double check and verify the account that you are using to logon to the MAS has System Administration access in the Security node of the Voice Mail System Configuration.

I was using remote desktop to access the MAS but did not login with console permissions. You beat your head agaist a wall long enough and you either find the answer or passout, this time i was lucky.
