I have added a caller app and recorded application prompt 1 and added prompt 1 to the announcement list. When I send the prompt to the phone to listen to it, it plays but when I call the number I don't get the prompt. I can still press keys and it sends me where the call needs to go but there is no prompt? Can anyone help? Thanks.

If you record an application prompt you would not add it to the announcement list it would show under the application prompt number.
Announcements are separate from prompts. If it is recorded as a prompt the application prompt button should be marked and not the announcement button.

Thank you, that clears it up for me. It looks like at one point we used the prompt since there was one entered but the announcement was actually checked so that is being used at this point...only one and not both can be used. Thanks for the quick response. Is there somewhere I can get an adminstation guide for MM 2.0?
