MM 5.2 Service Pack 9 Patch 4

Hello,

Planning on pushing SP 9 Patch 3 this weekend and was checking the MM downloads page and found that patch 4 is out. Under it's description, it states the below:

**After upgrading the Message Store Server from Service Pack 9 to Service Pack 10 or higher, the Message Store Services fail to start on some systems**

Is it just me? If you're installing Service Pack 9, how can something in Service Pack 10 be an issue?
