Hello all,
I have a MM with store back end. I just took over for the Voice mail system here. There is a need to have an emergency broadcast message to every VM subscriber.
I have and ELA box set up. With a shadow box. I can not get it to work. I call into my mailbox and create a message and try to send it to my ELA box and it tells me it don't exist.
Does anyone have step by step directions on how to set this up?
