The problem is repeatable. When users press 3 to delete their on hold greeting the system crashes and restarts. Voicemail is down for 4-5 minutes. I cannot find anything in the MSS logs. The system event log shows a vector exception and several events from the MM Dump Helper, an access violation, some from errors with Realspeak, then runtime error on vserver.exe. I know I need to contact Avaya but I do that so rarely I thought I would see if anyone has seen this problem before.
