MM 5.1 to 5.2 upgrade

Is a new license file required for this upgrade? Or, is the existing license file good for the 5.x versions like CM's license files are.

If you are using SIP with TLS you will need a new file.

it is my understanding that as MM5.2 is now using WebLM that all upgrades to 5.2 need a new license, as in the past, licenses were not generated based upon the MAC address of the NIC cards, which WebLM is.
