I have a MM 5.1 (2mas and 1mss) located in the US. A new site is opening up outside of the US that will have its own system, but will be using our MM for VM. If they request a different language than English.. how is that setup, if its even possible?
Usually you can give them a different COS that is assigned to the language you want them to use. There's actually 3-4 language purposes - System, mailbox call answer, mailbox user and CCI (common caller interface). I'm assuming you are asking about the voicemail users.
