Hi

I have tried to make the holidays work via caller application with no luck. I have tried it with 2 different systems both running 3.1. I put the holiday dates in the MAS Auto attendant. Built caller app and ticked the "observe system holiday as after hours" but it keeps going to the day treatment. I made sure the night treatment works by changing business hours in the schedule so that is not the problem. I verified date on the MAS server and the holiday date were the same.

Has anyone successfully used holiday via caller applicaiton?

It works for me. If the Holiday Prompt is set to 0 it won't work so make sure you change it to something besides the default of 0.

just to clarify... does it work with Caller Applications or just Auto Attendant. I don't have Auto Att activated. All calls come through Caller Applications.

Thanks
M

I tested it out with a Caller App. Action type was Conditional Goto. It worked as expected. Also as a side note, if I kept the prompt in the Holiday table at 0 (which is what the default is) it would go to the "During hours node" on that programmed holiday date. I had to change the prompt to something other than 0 in order for the Caller App to go to the "After Hours node" on the holiday date.

My system also has the current MM patches as well.
