We are running MM 3.0 and use the Web Subscriber Options link within the web client for some of our remote people.

The WSO docs state it only supports IE 6.0.
Some of our people are using IE 7.0 and get the "Warning: Unsupported OS/Browser combination" error message when the WSO window opens.

At this time Avaya TSO refers to the docs and says IE 7.0 is not supported and there is no fix or work around.

Has anyone seen this or have any suggestions on a fix?
I've tried hacking the registry to trick WSO into thinking the browser is 6.0, but no luck. I suspect it is an issue with the CSS because of changes in IE 7.0.

Thanks for any response in advance...

But the browser works they just get the error message right? That is what all of ours do.

That sounds like a setting on the browser itself? i use firefox and ie7 and both work fine.
