MM 3.0 Outlook Client

We have installed a lot off client with MM3.0 but now, we have several client, where the Tab on the Outlook is not avaiable. Only on the Start/program/avaya/.. we can use the subscribre option. But the outlook is insalled and configerd to the Exchange. Any one a idea? Thanks a lot Yves

not sure what you mean. Are you saying that the account is not in the outlook? Look for the Avaya folder or try to setup a new account under other and pick MM

I don't have the TAB VOICEMAIL in the Outlook under Extras/options/. So the user has to open subscribre Option via Start/all programm/Avaya/subscribre...
