MM 3.0 and MSS W/ Outlook

Hi all-Does anyone know if V-Mail to E-Mail with a 3.0 MM can be set up without that special Avaya folder?
The issue is the customer says they don't receive e-mails from that folder on there Blackberries-rendering the feature fairly useless.
Can that folder be configured to send out to Blackberry?
Does anyone know of any workarounds?

You can try and setup a rule in Outlook to take any incoming mail from that folder and send it to your Inbox, however I believe I have tried this before and wasnt able to get it work.
