Does anyone know how to revert these "Administrative messages" to a generic mailbox, email, or just turn them off?? We have a number of large ELA's that executives use to distribute important messages. These executive mailbox's are getting filled up with "Admin Messages" cause the subscribers mailbox's are full. I know you guys are reading this and saying "tell the subscribers to clear there messages"? I wish it was that easy. Our Sales force are spoiled and pretty much get what they want. If anyone has any ideas, it will be much appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

Can't be done. I assume that the admin messages are from full mailboxes right?

If so make the mailboxes hold more messages or they will have to live with it.

I do not know of any way around it in the current rel of software.

A couple of ideas here:
1) when the user(s) want to send a broadcast message, have them log into a separate mbx setup just for sending these messages. The COS for this mbx can be setup to purge messages quickly.
2) When the user(s) want to send a braodcast message, have them send the message to a separate mbx which in turn forwards it to the ELA mbx. The COS for this mbx can be setup to purge messages quickly.
Let us know how this works for you.
