MM 2 delayed response on getting messages/deleting

Good afternoon, part of our upgrade included going to modular messaging.
We've noticed lately that many times, there is a long pause before voicemail is played and also a delay when deleting messages.

I searched for terms like delay / slow, etc. and I didn't have any luck so I thought I would post.

No AV on the box running in realtime and rebooting every 6 weeks or so.

Besides what I posted above, I can't find anything beyond being version 2.

I did go to voicemail system config on the windows side and do a help, and it tells me 2.0. I'll repost if I find something more accurate. thank you

Ok if you look in the log file of the MSS under admin log file do you see anything that is an error

Is there anything in the application log file in the MAS under the event viewer?
