MM 2.1 to 3.1 upgrade TTS will not read names and MWI goes off

We have performed a MM upgrade from 2.1 to 3.1 with MAS/MSS combo servers. The upgrade went with few hicups, but now I am seeing two new behaviours the client says were different before. 1, In MM 2.1 the mailboxes that had a personal greeting used to read the mailbox name for the greeting via TTS, now it just reads the extension number. and 2, the MWI indicator used to go off after retrieving messages, now it goes off as soon as the user logs into their mailbox. Any tips on how to change this as I have not had much experience with the MM features only with audix?

Check the VMDC to make sure you have the TTS assigned to each MAS as far as the MWI if the user hangs up does the light come back on ?
