Some Extension have a CFrwd/CovPath to the Switchboard.
Now my Customer want that the Attendant can give the forwarded Calls back to the "owners" Voice-Box.

I've made a call to an extension who is forwarded to the switchboard.
the switchboard dial the the main number of the (MM), and then the VM number of the party ( who ist still forwarded)and transfer the call.
But now the call is coming back to the swichboard as
"MM-MWI"???
You can either press * then ## or just ## depending on if the internal logon greeting is playing or the main greeting is playing. Look at page 7-10 for the MM TUI guide for instructions under the "Transferring callers to a mailbox".
