MLX phones - change menu in display

Is it possible to change the options in the display menu of the MLX phones? I want to remove the program button to keep people from messing around with their buttons.

Favorite all too common vendor responses: "We've never seen this issue before." AND "No one's ever wanted to use it like that before.

Can't be changed, it is more or less "Cast in Stone".
