MLX-28D in key mode

We have 22 MLX-28D phones with all extensions programmed exactly the same. The only difference is the page groups. We are running in key mode. We have 12 phone lines. We are using a Magix R4 processor v. 7.0.

When an incoming call comes in, some of the extensions default to the ringing line. When the person picks up the receiver, he/she answers the incoming call. However, some of the MLX-28D phones do not do this, instead they go to the next available outgoing line. Is there any way to get ALL of the extensions to automatically pickup the incoming call?

If they RING on the phone they will be picked up. If the line is not programmed to ring you will pick up an SA button.

Thanks. You know I thought of that after posting. The same folks who were complaining about this, were the ones who wanted No ringer on their phones. Sort of the same as hitting the DND feature, only doing it the long way. I reset their ring options and whalah, they worked normally. But hey, serves the complainers right. Gave 'em something else to complain about <eg>. Thanks.
