MLS-CA24 power question

I see there is a power port on the bottom but I can not find documentation any where that describes what power this requires. I have my 34D plugged in through the ca24 and it operates fine but none of the buttons on the 24 work and Im going to assume because it needs a power source. Any one know what power I need to get this unit working?

It is a 48vdc power supply with a keyed 8-conductor cord. Try either
