MLS-6 and Wired/Wireless Headset

The owner of our company uses a MLS-6 phone at his desk and is having shoulder problems due to holding the phone between his ear and shoulder while talking and using the computer.

He needs a headset... wired or wireless is OK.

Will any of the headsets available at office depot work with this phone and is there anything that needs to be done to the phone system to make them work?

you will need a lifter. You can go to the plantronics website and look for compatability based on system/phones. If they don't list one for the MLS, they will have ones for Partner 6 button phones which will work fine as well.

I would use something like the plantronics CT12 cordless headset phone , use a splitter and plug it into the jack with the MLS6

no lifter needed that way
