MLM007 Reset sequence

Well, you can start with a VM reset.
This may or may not fix it.
On the front of the unit there is a little hole labeled:
VM RESET
Gently place a Paper clip in there until you feel it hit something. Then, press it in a bit more. You are operating a SMALL SPRING LOADED MICRO SWITCH.
If you do this correctly, shortly thereafter, the VM will reboot.
This may help, it usually does, and this is the first thing most of us do in situations like this.
