Questions related to the MLM007. Are the Dial0/timeout options on AA1, AA2 and AA3 both for day and nite separate? Meaning can they all be different? Like personal operator on mailboxes? Isn't the CASO as 100 the same as transfer to 100?

I am trying to meet my customer's need for their application and I haven't found the info in the manuals and to overcome the limitations of Legend Logic.

Waiting for input.....

Dial ZERO time out for Day and Night and each Auto Attendent can be totally different.

That should give you the flexibility you need, I am sure.

MM, how does the CASO relate to the Dial 0/ Timeout of each AA? Are there three of them also?

Keep in mind that the CASO is the default Zero-out from a mailbox, unless the user has set a Personal Operator from within their mailbox.

If the CASO and your desired Dial 0/Timeout from the auto attendant are the extension, then it doesn't matter which way you send the caller there.

So the default CASO is global and independant of the Day & Nite controls and only one per system?
