Heres a brain teaser, I have three aa setup, all co lines.

I have the day menus working ok, but now for night service, how do I get the aa for eaach company to answer seperately? I don't need details, just the jist,

Thanks.......

Assuming you have the right CO's with the right AA's, all you have do do is set up how the NS is switched on. Easiest is to set each AA to use the Merlin Mail Business schedule as the "schedule controller". This allows for three separate business schedules. Alternately, if all are the same, you could have them all follow the "switch mode., and have a NS button on the operator console, setup those particular lines in the NS line assignments, and have the voice mail calling group as the NS calling group.

Actually what I need is delayed in the day and immediate in the nites. I believe I have it though.

create adjuncts with the line appearances of each company on them, assign these extensions to the nite service extensions group, in the merlin mail create these mailboxs with the cos of 15,16 and 17 for aa1 aa2 aa3. when the merlin goes into nite mode it will forward those adjuncts to vm and get answered by the nite greetings.
