will the MLM 007 do outcalling? - i cant find that option anywhere in the programming

Yes ,you have the option for outcalling and it depend on the class of service that you assign to the mailboxes.That option is available on calss 08 to 14.

You will also need to program the Voice Mail ports as unrestricted and raise the FRL to 3. These restrictions were made automagically when they were put in the calling group and set as integrated VMI.
