We have a MLM 007 voice mail module that keeps locking up. Here are the particulars.
The problem started a couple of months ago and started to lockup about every two weeks. The problem only happens at night. Now it seems to happen just about every day at night. The voicemail is a four port. When the system is locked up I believe ports 1,3 and 4 are both lit up green and red and port 2 has no lights. It may also happen with all of the ports red and green as well.
We have a secretary that answeres the phone during the day and the auto attendant goes on after hours. The system is just used for voicemail during the day (i.e. no auto attendant). We have never had the system lockup during the day.
The only change to the system was back in October when we changed the time for daylight savings time and increased the size of my mailbox.
I am not sure if this is a harddrive problem, hardware, or something else. If it is most likely a harddrive program can the programming. voice mailboxes, messages, etc be transferred to a new disk? I hate to have to recreate everything.
I saw in the manual that there is a diagnostic program that can be run on the disk. Does anyone know where I can find this and does it even work?
We used to just reset the system with the paperclip but now this has escalated to once every day or two and we have to take corrective action.
