Too many attempts have been made by customer and now we can't access the admin mailbox. It says to contact support.
Tried a reboot and using serial number as password still no good.
 
Sounds like you may not have the right serial number.

What did she say after you put in the serial number?
 
Level one programming is to keep notes organized.
Fixed problem tech was entering wrong serial #.
It was saying too many attempts call authorized service provider.
