Hello All
We have gotten a constant request to deploy soft phones in our SV9500 environment and while testing the MLC I think it would be a good solution except for the fact that I can’t figure out how to get the application to ring through the laptops speaker instead of their headset. It appears a separating ringing device and listening device can’t be done. I’m not sure if BIZrtc addressed this in a later version because the windows download is no longer available on the portal. Has anyone gotten much success with NECs softphone solutions or a third party?
