Issue: Callers are not listening to the greeting because they are set in their ways. Once they select language, they are attempting to dial extension numbers. Is there anyway to route those from a MLAA? I tried creating MB1112 and made it a transfer MB with no extension. I also tried making it an extension MB with no extension. In both case I dial X2640 when MLAA 2521 answers and it attempts to transfer to x640 (absorbed 2). Normally I use single digit MB's to get to my destinations, but this time I have multiple languages being used and will be adding more.

No, the MLAA cannot do dial an extension or Dial by Name. I note you have Dial by Name in a sub Menu. That's not going to work either.

I'm going to try ring staright to VM HG, & use single digit MB's to hit my languages:
1-English
3-Spanish
4-Lau
5-Mong

I'll leave 2 open to dial extnsions

9 currently blind tranfers to HG 6000 (VM HG).

You do not need to skip 2 as the system is capable of handing both.

It will cause a slight delay when the single digit 2 is required.

9 is for DIAL by Name, if you use it for anything else, you will never have dial by name, anywhere.
