MLAA to Operator taking too long to transfer

Hi all.

I have MLAA setup such that a caller is asked to hold for assistance then the call gets transferred to the operator.
This is happening but there is an issue that the message repeats 3 times before transferring.
How do I make the message to play once and immediately transfer?

I'm assuming MCD/3300 and you are using a Menu Mailbox?
This is the nature of a Menu Mailbox it will play 3 time and then either transfer to operator or disconnect (depending on setup)

You may want to look at using an ACD Path with RAD Announcement and then interflow to your destination.
