MLAA Repeat Greeting

Is there anyway to disable where the MLAA Greeting repeats 3 times?

i think you have to set your msg lenght in your COS.

There is no msg length timer in COS. (Mitel 3300 MCD 4.2)

there is , absolutely, take look carefully if not please send me COS export to my email I will show you,there is sentence ,almost at the end of the page ,I do not remember there is audio,length something like that.as I said if you can not find send cos.

The COS option that swinstation is referring to I believe is "ANSWER PLUS - Message Length Timer"

This is only relevent to RAD ports though.

If you are using the Menu Node Mailbox Type then there is no way to change the greeting from playing 3 times. (Not that I am aware of anyway).
