I know there is another post further down that is similar to this one, so sorry for that, but my issue is a littel different.
I don't want to program the auto attendant to day and night greetings as the client likes the default for dialing 9 for a directory and pressing * to collect their messages. They even have a DDI to do this now.
However I've setup a single level AutoAttendant, that has a menu node for the main DDI and a recorded message with the 7 options, these are directed to hunt groups. However I've noticed in the customers message they have suggested that the calling party dial the extension of the user if they know it. Here is the problem, the MLAA won't allow this to happen, is there any way to break out of the menu to an extension, or is it the case that once I'm in the menus I have to go through them.
