MLAA on Inbuilt VM

Hi

When calls are presented on Exts it doesnt display the namatag HG name on single line handsets (Mitel 5312).
It displays Voicemail insted of the NTHG name.
Its fine on 5320 handsets - 1st line - Voicemail
2nd line - 200 Sales

Is there a way to get rid of displaying "voicemail" bit on 5312 handsets please.

Display Caller ID On Single Line Displays For Forwarded Calls


Select "Yes" to display the original caller ID on a single-line display set when it receives a forwarded/rerouted call (internal or external). The default (No) displays the forwarding/rerouting party in the form, 'From .'

Display the original caller ID on a single-line display set when it receives a forwarded/rerouted call (internal or external)- this is already turned on on Trunks, Exts, NTHGs
