MLAA mailbox routing issue

Want to setup MLAA with option 1 = acd, option 2 & 3 = information mbox.
The issue is when we hit option 2 or 3 after the greeting is played it goes back to first greeting which is the menu node.

Is there a way where after playing of greetings of 2 & 3 option then the call will disconnect?.

Our main concern is that some prank callers are messing with the system..they just left their phone hung-up and vm ports are not releasing until far-end disconnects.

Changing a Menu Node Mailbox Time Out Behaviour
Access the Administrator's Mailbox.

Press [2] to edit or delete mailboxes.

Press [2] for the Edit Mailbox menu.

Enter the mailbox number to edit.

Press [#] until you get to the Menu Node Time Out option. The system specifies the active Menu Node Time Out behavior:
"Disconnect on menu mailbox time out is disabled" &endash; callers are sent to the mailbox operator upon time out.
"Disconnect on menu node time out is enabled" &endash; callers are disconnected upon time out.

To disconnect callers upon time out, press [1] (enable disconnect).
To send callers to the mailbox operator upon time out, press [2] (disable disconnect).
